Beaulah Charlene Muchanyerei is a fashion designer, she has a factory and a boutique in Harare which is called Tiny Buddies Affairs where she sells her own items she made.

Beaulah Charlene is a first born out of a family of three ladies from Cecil Muchanyerei and Alice Mariri. She was born in 1993 and is married to Farai Mpofu and is a mother of one girl child by the name Annika. She attended Mhizha Primary School from grade one to grade seven and later went to Highfield High 1 School where she did her O level. She joined First Choice group of Schools for her A Level. She attended Harare Polytechnic where she did her 2 years course in Fashion Designing and also attended Trust academy and attained a Degree in Marketing Management.

Beaulah Charlene is average in height and a little bit light in complexion. She has a plastic smile which makes her beautiful. She has a face that explodes her knowledge.

She has a fine delegate face, small round eyes and a pointed noise. She has black lips and she keeps her nails short. She is size 32 in terms of weight. When she is talking she moves her lips fast and her mouth forms an O shape. She hairs blonde and black hair.

When asked her favourite colour, Beaulah said she is fond of dark colours. She said dark colours makes one classic and can never go wrong with them if you want to impress business people.

Beaulah is wild person she likes to party and she drinks alcohol. She is a calm and collected person. She has a melodies voice and contagious laugh. She has a good sense of humour. She has a habits of singing whilst she is working. She walks like a model, chest out ,shoulders up and hands down.

Beaulah Charlene said at school she was never into sports but rather she enjoyed cheering for others. She has a passion in the kitchen and is eager to try out new recipes everytime because she loves to cook and bake.

When asked about her social life , she said she blends in very well with people she works with . She is easy to interact with in terms of business and is very formal and does not engage in conversations very easily.

Her lifestyle is quite interesting because it is filled with a variety of classy and classic things. She owns a BMW 6 series and lives in a 6 roomed house. She quite has a financial status that is desirable and interesting.

Beaulah reveals that she likes site seeing as that makes her forget all problems and calms her mind. She has travelled to places like South Africa, Zambia and Dubai. As a local designer she believes that she has achieved a lot because at one time she worn a contract with First choice College of designing their school uniforms and sports wear for 5 years. She even designed wedding gowns for various people.

She gave reference of people she once did designs for and the other one was Edmore Munemo the Director First Choice Group of Schools. When E.Muneno was called he said ‘ the school is happy with Beaulah work and we are not ashamed to make her known out there, or to refer her to someone of our business friends because we know they will like her work”. Another client of hers Gamu Parere who she designed a wedding dress was even telephoned and her response was” l am happy with Beaulah’s work she’s actually the best, she is actually making Zimbabwe moving “.

Beaulah Charlene was inspired by fashion shows she used to watch when growing up. When she was young she would sketch designs of clothes for dolls. At high school she did Fashion Textile and Technology as a practical so in form 3 she designed a wedding dress and that’s when her teacher and parents started to notice her love and passion to become a fashion designer and they supported her.

Beaulah grew up attending United Methodist Church because that is where she was baptized when she was young but now she is a member of Roman Catholic Church where she was introduced by her husband.

Beaulah’s goal is to make sure that her designs will spread around the world. As she is working hard so as to create a name for her everywhere.

When asked the problems she has encountered she said it is hard to be a business woman and at the same time having a family to take care of.
